Scope of Terms: These Terms apply to all aspects of your relationship with us, including website usage, account management, coaching sessions, payment processing, and all related services. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users between 13-17 years old must have parental or guardian consent. By using our services, you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Service Limitations

• Services are provided remotely via digital platforms and communication tools
• Coaching effectiveness depends on student engagement, practice commitment, and individual aptitude
• We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, rankings, or competitive results
• Service availability is subject to coach schedules and may be limited during peak periods

Platform Features

Our platform includes scheduling systems, progress tracking, session recordings, communication tools, and resource libraries. These features are designed to enhance your coaching experience but may be updated or modified without prior notice.

Service Evolution: We continuously improve our services based on industry developments and user feedback. Features and methodologies may be updated to maintain our position as Canada's leading gaming coaching platform.

Account Registration & Security

Creating and maintaining a secure account is essential for accessing our coaching services and protecting your personal information.

Registration Requirements

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and maintain its accuracy throughout your relationship with us
• Valid Contact Details: A valid email address and contact information are required for service delivery and important notifications
• Gaming Profile Information: Accurate representation of your current skill level, gaming experience, and training goals
• Identity Verification: We may require identity verification for certain services or payment processing purposes

Account Security Responsibilities

• Password Security: You are responsible for creating and maintaining a strong, unique password for your account
• Account Confidentiality: Never share your login credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Suspicious Activity: Immediately report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account
• Device Security: Ensure devices used to access your account are secure and logout properly when using shared computers

Account Termination

Either party may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in inappropriate behavior, or pose security risks. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Coaching Policies

Our coaching policies ensure fair, professional, and effective training experiences for all students while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Scheduling and Attendance

• Session Booking: Coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our platform with confirmed availability from both coach and student
• Punctuality: Students are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund
• Attendance Requirements: Consistent attendance is crucial for progress. Excessive cancellations may affect coaching effectiveness and program continuation
• Makeup Sessions: Missed sessions may be rescheduled subject to coach availability and our cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

• Student Cancellations: Must provide at least 24 hours advance notice for session cancellations to qualify for rescheduling
• Emergency Cancellations: Same-day cancellations due to emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Coach Cancellations: If a coach must cancel, you will receive priority rescheduling or a full refund for that session
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of that session's payment

Professional Standards

• Coaching Quality: All coaches are certified professionals committed to providing high-quality, personalized instruction
• Respectful Environment: We maintain a professional, respectful environment free from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Confidentiality: Coaches maintain confidentiality regarding your gameplay, strategies, and personal information shared during sessions
• Continuous Improvement: Our coaching methods are continuously refined based on industry best practices and student feedback

Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to come prepared with specific goals, maintain appropriate gaming equipment, engage actively in sessions, and practice recommendations between coaching sessions. Disruptive behavior or failure to follow coaching guidelines may result in program termination.

Payments, Billing & Refunds

Our payment policies ensure transparent, secure, and fair financial transactions for all coaching services.

Fees and Payment Structure

• Service Fees: Coaching fees are clearly displayed during booking and must be paid in advance of service delivery
• Package Discounts: Multi-session packages may offer discounted rates and must be used within specified timeframes
• Subscription Services: Ongoing coaching programs bill automatically at agreed intervals and can be cancelled with appropriate notice
• Additional Services: Specialized workshops, extended sessions, or premium features may incur additional charges

Billing and Invoicing

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods through secure, PCI-compliant processors
• Automatic Billing: Subscription services and package renewals may be billed automatically with advance notification
• Billing Disputes: Contact support immediately regarding any billing errors or unauthorized charges

Taxes and Regulatory Compliance

Applicable taxes, including GST/HST, will be added to invoices as required by Canadian tax law. International students may be subject to different tax obligations based on their jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

• Satisfaction Guarantee: First-time students unsatisfied with their initial session may request a full refund within 48 hours
• Package Refunds: Unused sessions in packages may be refunded pro-rata within 30 days of purchase, subject to a processing fee
• Subscription Cancellations: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with refunds for unused portions provided on a case-by-case basis
• Service Failures: Full refunds are provided when we cannot deliver services due to technical failures or coach unavailability

User Conduct

Maintaining a positive, professional community is essential for effective learning and coaching experiences. All users must adhere to our community standards and acceptable use policies.

Acceptable Use

• Respectful Communication: Treat coaches, staff, and other students with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times
• Educational Purpose: Use our services solely for legitimate gaming improvement and educational purposes
• Honest Representation: Provide accurate information about your skill level, goals, and gaming experience
• Constructive Participation: Engage actively in sessions, provide feedback, and follow coaching recommendations

Prohibited Activities

• Harassment and Abuse: Any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward coaches or other users
• Unauthorized Sharing: Recording, sharing, or distributing coaching content, strategies, or proprietary information without permission
• Account Misuse: Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using accounts for unauthorized purposes
• Fraudulent Activity: Using false information, stolen payment methods, or attempting to circumvent payment systems
• Platform Abuse: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse our technical systems or security measures

Content Standards

• All user-generated content must be appropriate, legal, and relevant to gaming coaching
• Prohibited content includes illegal material, hate speech, spam, or inappropriate personal information
• We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates our standards

Enforcement Measures

Violations of our conduct policies may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent account termination, or legal action depending on the severity and frequency of violations. We investigate all reported violations fairly and transparently.

Community Responsibility: All users share responsibility for maintaining our positive community environment. Report inappropriate behavior, support fellow learners, and contribute to the professional atmosphere that makes effective coaching possible.

Intellectual Property

Respect for intellectual property rights is fundamental to our coaching platform and the gaming industry as a whole.

License to Use Our Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform and coaching materials solely for your personal gaming improvement. This license does not permit redistribution, modification, or commercial use of our intellectual property.

User Content and License

• Ownership: You retain ownership of gameplay recordings, strategy discussions, and personal content shared during coaching sessions
• Limited License: By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your gameplay content for coaching analysis and improvement purposes
• Feedback Rights: Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by us to enhance our services without compensation

Third-Party Content

• No Performance Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific gaming performance improvements, competitive rankings, or tournament results
• Individual Results Vary: Coaching effectiveness depends on individual effort, natural ability, practice consistency, and external factors beyond our control
• Technical Limitations: Online coaching is subject to internet connectivity, platform availability, and technical performance outside our direct control
• Coach Availability: Specific coach availability cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling constraints and personal circumstances

Warranty Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

• Direct Damages: Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption

Canadian Law Compliance: These limitations comply with Canadian consumer protection laws and do not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable legislation. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Canadian law with specific procedures for resolving disagreements fairly and efficiently.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Canadian Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada
• Court Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of British Columbia, Canada
• International Users: International users consent to Canadian jurisdiction and waive any objections to venue or forum

Dispute Resolution Process

• Direct Communication: Contact our support team first to resolve any disputes or concerns informally
• Mediation: If direct resolution fails, we encourage mediation through a mutually agreed neutral third party
